Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, lies about 50 kilometers (31 miles) north of Ha Nam Province, which can be reached by a taxi or bus ride of approximately 1 hour to 1 and a half hours, depending on traffic.

Distance between Hanoi and Ha Namh (Ha Noi): about 60 kilometers or 37 miles.

To calculate the distance by road, you can consider the following map:

1. Start from Hanoi, Vietnam.
2. Move east via Highway 17A, which runs along the coast of Ha-Long Bay.
3. After about some forty-five minutes, take a right turn on National Highway 11.
4. Continue along this road for about an hour and fifteen minutes more with a passage through various towns and villages, including Dong Ha District and Phan Thanh City, and the heart of Hanoi itself.
5. Around 9:00 to 10:30 o'clock you would see the town of Cao Ba, which is situated at an intersection joining the Hoa Trang Bridge with National Highway 11 leading to the coast towards Ha Namh.
6. Arriving in Cao Ba, take the right turn on provincial road No. 43 heading directly to Ha Namh.

Driving to Ha Namh from Hanoi takes about 3 hours, considering traffic condition, travel time, and road detours. Exact speed and route control variable by your vehicle, road condition, and areas you may go through. If you are planning your journey, you may want to consult online navigation applications such as Google Maps or Waze.

Hanoi and Ha Nam are fairly close to one another. The distance from Hanoi (which is itself the capital city in Vietnam) to Ha Nam (one of the provinces on the Red River Delta region) is around fifty to sixty kilometers (about thirty-one to thirty-seven miles), depending on the given departure and destination points in these locations. Ordinarily, the trip takes about an hour to an hour and a half if undertaken by car or motorbike, depending upon traffic conditions.
