On the surface, the Ho Chi Minh Museum of Fine Arts is a yellow-white building that has not attracted much attention, but it is actually an art museum transformed from a French colonial villa. The Ho Chi Minh Museum of Fine Arts is such a beautiful and mysterious existence. As one of Vietnam's national museums, this building itself is the largest work of art, with yellow-white exterior walls and wooden stairs. Tiffany colored window grilles fully reflect the French architectural style.
The Ho Chi Minh Museum of Fine Arts preserves local art works from different periods. The time is mainly divided by 1970. The works are mainly paintings, sculptures, lacquer paintings, and pottery. Through these works of art, you can not only appreciate the customs and culture of Vietnam, but also feel the patriotic sentiments of Vietnamese soldiers in the war.
"Central and Southern Spring Garden" is a must-see painting when going to the art museum. It was rated as a national treasure of Vietnam and was created by the famous painter Nguyen Gia Tri. He is a masterpiece that Vietnamese artist Nguyen Gia Tri has painted for half a century, from 1969 to 1989. The painting is also very large, 540cm x 200cm, and it is also the last painting in his life.
